Is this allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Anngage uses Instagram's official Graph API. We only respond when a follower explicitly opts in by commenting one of your keywords — fully within Instagram's policy.
Do I need an Instagram Business account?
Yes. Converting a personal account to Business is free and takes 2 minutes inside Instagram settings. We walk you through it during onboarding.
How long does setup take?
About 2-3 minutes. Sign up, connect your Instagram Business account via Meta OAuth, paste a short DM template, and pick a keyword (e.g., "LINK"). Anngage starts watching for matching comments immediately. No code, no configuration screens — just the things you need to make a DM happen.
What's included in the free plan?
1,200 DMs every month, 1 Instagram Business account, and 1 automation. Your DMs include a small "— Sent via Anngage" footer at the end. There's no time limit and no credit card required — the free plan stays free forever. Upgrade any time from your dashboard to remove the footer and unlock higher caps.
What happens if I hit my monthly DM cap?
When you've used your full monthly DM allowance, Anngage stops sending — but new comments are still received for record-keeping. Your cap resets automatically on the 1st of every month (UTC). If you can't wait, upgrading is instant: the new allowance applies as soon as your subscription activates.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. You retain full access until the end of your current billing period — no surprise charges. The free plan stays available even after cancelling a paid subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI AutoPay (most popular for INR), eNACH bank mandates, and credit/debit cards — all via Cashfree. International users can pay by credit/debit card on Cashfree's global gateway. Stripe with region-specific payment methods is on the near-term roadmap.
Do you support international users?
Yes. Anngage works for any Instagram Business account regardless of where the creator is based. Pricing displays in INR today; multi-currency support will arrive with the Stripe integration.
Do you support multiple languages?
Multi-language support for the dashboard is on our roadmap. Your DM templates can already be written in any language Instagram supports today.
