Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Anngage service operated by GN Global (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Eligibility

To use Anngage you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Comply with Meta’s Platform Policies, Community Standards, and Instagram’s Terms of Use
• Provide accurate registration and billing information

Account & Subscription

Anngage offers a Free plan with 1,200 DMs per month at no cost (no credit card required). You may upgrade to a paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) at any time for higher caps and additional features. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of your current paid period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

User Conduct

You agree not to use Anngage to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content prohibited by Meta’s policies
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect Instagram data outside the bounds of our service
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or recipients
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or fraudulent content
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the service without our written consent

You are solely responsible for the messages, links, and content you configure Anngage to send. GN Global is not responsible for Instagram account suspensions, bans, or restrictions that result from violations of Meta’s Terms of Use or platform policies.

Service Availability

We aim for 99% monthly uptime but do not guarantee a formal Service Level Agreement on free trials or the Starter plan. Pro and Agency plans receive priority support response times. We may perform planned maintenance with reasonable advance notice and may temporarily suspend the service to address security or stability issues.

Intellectual Property

Anngage, the Anngage name, logo, dashboard, software, and documentation are owned by GN Global. You retain all rights to the content, messages, and data you create or upload. You grant GN Global a limited license to process your content solely as necessary to operate the service on your behalf.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay for your subscription. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, we will retain or delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GN Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising from your use of the service. GN Global’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, where GN Global is registered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice to registered users. Continued use of the service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
